Group Art Lessons with Dani Crosby

I am currently booking and scheduling group art classes inThe Vault, a creative rental space at 19 Simcoe St. N. Oshawa. Parking in downtown Oshawa is free on weekends and on weekdays after 6pm. There is always free parking at the Midtown Mall, 200 John St W Oshawa, ON.

For the following classes you will be responsible for purchasing your own supplies (unless otherwise specified). Upon request or registration I will send you a list of the exact supplies you will need as well as recommendations of where you can purchase them.

Unless otherwise specified, the cost for each class is $20/person/2.5 hour class

Classes will run with a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 10.

Each Workshop will run for 1 evening/week, for 5 weeks. The option of adding extensions to each workshop is available if 5-10 students are interested in carrying forward beyond the scheduled 5 weeks.


Working with Ink (Basic)
Class #1 Thursday September 5, 6pm-8:30pm
Class #2 Thursday September 12, 6pm-8:30pm
Class #3 Thursday September 19, 6pm-8:30pm
Class #4 Thursday September 26, 6pm-8:30pm
Class #5 Thursday October 3, 6pm-8:30pm

The exploration of various techniques from the ground up including: hatching, cross-hatching, stippling, using a pen, a brush, and mark-making with a variety of non traditional tools. Each class students will learn a new technique and apply it to a different subject matter - either from reference or the imaginary. Some non-traditional tools will be provided for this class.
